Coverage Overview
- Lithium batteries: 5 years (parts)/2 years (labor).
- Fridge/Microwave/Induction Cooktop: 2 years (labor).
- Other components: 2 years (parts)/2 years (labor)
Labor Policy
- Labor coverage applies only to repairs performed at the NinjaVan shop.
- For third-party or DIY repairs, only parts are covered.
Exclusions (Not Covered)
- Original vehicle components (prior to buildout).
- Cosmetic issues, non-structural woodworking issues, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
- Broken glass, handles, knobs, or plastic parts.
- Plumbing clogs or damage caused by freezing temperatures.
- Customer-supplied parts or modifications.
- Complimentary accessories, courtesy features, and promotional gift items
- Design, usability, or layout changes to components that are functioning as originally built
